AXION Robotics & Technology

ManufacturingLogisticsHealthcare HospitalityRetailConstruction AgricultureEducationGovernment Smart infrastructure

The future belongs to intelligent automation. We supply the businesses, governments and industries changing how they operate — through advanced robotics, artificial intelligence and smart automation, bought at wholesale and delivered at volume.

From industrial manufacturing and warehouse automation to humanoid robots, commercial and service robotics, autonomous vehicles, AI systems and smart city technologies, AXION carries the full catalogue and quotes it as one order rather than twenty.

We do more than move boxes. We select the factories, specify the configuration, inspect the units before they leave, and prepare the certification and export paperwork that gets them cleared at your end. Where a customer needs the system commissioned as well as delivered, our partner integrators handle installation and training as an optional line on the same quotation.

Whether you are stocking a dealership, fitting out a smart factory, tendering for municipal equipment or reselling service robots to hotel and retail chains, AXION is the supply side of your business.

What we supply

Twenty-two categories, seven families

Every category has its own page with models, configurations, packing details and trade terms. Start with the family that matches what you sell or specify.

Why choose AXION

A supplier that carries the whole order

A

Complete turnkey supply

Specification, sourcing, quality control, documentation, shipping and after-sales sit with one account manager, so you place one order rather than chase five factories.

B

Cutting-edge technology

We work with leading global manufacturers and bring the current generation of robotics, AI, machine vision and automation into the catalogue as it reaches production.

C

Industry expertise

Buyers in manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, hospitality, retail, construction, agriculture, education, government and infrastructure each get the configuration their sector actually specifies.

D

Global network

International operations, supplier partnerships and worldwide sourcing let us quote landed cost, not just ex-works, across multiple regions.

E

Innovation-driven sourcing

We keep investing in emerging categories and testing them before they are listed, so what you resell is current rather than what is left in a warehouse.

F

Customer-centric terms

Quantities, configurations, packing, labelling and payment terms are set around your operation and your budget, not a fixed price list.

G

Long-term partnership

The relationship continues past delivery through spares, firmware, replacement units, training and repeat-order pricing.

Wholesale pricing

Send your category, quantity and destination country for a quotation.

How an order runs

Six stages, fixed dates

You get a written programme with the proforma invoice and a named account manager who holds it.

  1. Enquiry

Category, quantity, destination and intended use. We confirm what is available and what needs to be sourced.

  2. Quotation

Unit pricing at your volume, packing details, incoterms and a proforma invoice you can take to your finance team.

  3. Sample

A sample unit or full specification sheet for approval before a production order is placed, where the category allows it.

  4. Production

The order is placed with the factory and tracked, with progress reported to you rather than requested from you.

  5. Inspection

Pre-shipment check against the approved specification, with photos, serial records and the certification file assembled.

  6. Shipping

Freight, export documents and customs paperwork to your port or door, then spares, training and support after arrival.

Vision

Where we are going

To become a global leader in the supply of robotics, artificial intelligence and intelligent automation — putting innovative technology within reach of businesses, industries and communities worldwide, at the price and the volume they can actually buy it.

Mission

What we do about it

To supply world-class robotics and AI equipment that improves productivity, raises operational efficiency and reduces cost — sourced from manufacturers we have audited, checked before it ships, and backed after it arrives.

Answers

Asked before you ask

Is there a minimum order?
It depends on the category and the factory behind it. Consumables and small service units carry a low minimum; humanoids, medical systems and autonomous vehicles are quoted per unit because the value is in the configuration rather than the volume. Tell us the category and quantity in the enquiry and we will confirm the minimum before you commit to anything.
Do you sell to end users, or only to the trade?
Our pricing is built for distributors, dealers, integrators, contractors and procurement teams buying in quantity. We do supply single units to end users where a category allows it, but the terms are different and we will say so on the quotation rather than after it.
Can we resell under our own brand?
For several categories, yes — badging, packaging, manuals and interface language can be produced to your brand where the manufacturer permits it. That is agreed before the production order goes in, not afterwards, and it changes both the minimum quantity and the lead time. Ask at the enquiry stage.
What about certification, customs and shipping?
We assemble the certification file for the destination market, prepare the export documentation and quote freight to your port or your door. Import duties and any local registration remain with the buyer, but we will tell you what your country requires before the goods leave rather than after they land.
What happens if a unit fails?
Warranty terms are stated on the quotation and vary by manufacturer. We hold spares for the fast-moving categories, handle the claim with the factory on your behalf, and provide remote diagnostics and firmware. You deal with us, not with an overseas supplier in another time zone.
Can you supply something that is not in the catalogue?
Yes. Custom Robotics Solutions exists for that. Send a specification, a drawing, a sample or even a video of the task, and we identify manufacturers, obtain samples where possible and come back with a quotation and a realistic programme.
