Asked before you ask
How fast is a build, really?
Factory production runs at the same time as your foundations and site services, which is where the time is saved. A capsule or container unit is quick; a villa takes considerably longer. We issue a dated programme with the fixed specification, and that is the one we work to.
Do you handle permits and foundations?
We produce the structural, thermal and services documentation your authority requires, and we work with your local engineer on submission. Foundations, connections and site preparation can be included in the contract or left with your contractor, your choice at quotation stage.
Can layouts and finishes be changed?
Yes. Every category page shows standard layouts as a starting point. Room configuration, cladding, glazing, kitchens and bathrooms are all specified with you during the design stage, and anything outside the index goes to Custom Projects.
Where do you deliver?
Units ship as standard container loads or flat packs, so delivery reaches most coastal and inland markets. Tell us the country and site access in the inquiry form and we will confirm shipping, duties and installation crew arrangements.
What is included in the smart-home package?
Lighting, climate, access control, cameras, energy metering and solar readiness, run from a single app. It is wired during production, commissioned at handover, and we train you on it before we leave.
